Fruytier was founded in 1946 as a softwood merchant. Located in the middle of forested regions recognized for their high quality softwoods, the subsidiaries of the Group are ideally built at motorway and railway crossroads.
Sawmilling activities started in 1987. Production grew steadily
to reach today a daily capacity of 7000 m³ in round

lead times, the Group can supply large quantities of freshly
sawn softwood directly from the forest. Sawmilling to order (not
to stock) allows for enhanced flexibility and lumber quality.
